DISY leaders meet to discuss 2028 presidential election strategy

In contrast, Averof Neofytou suggested his decisions for 2028 are tied to progress on the Cyprus problem, stating he would support Christodoulides if a strategic framework for a solution is achieved.

Other party figures, including Harris Georgiadis and Efthymios Diplaros, have called for members to restrain personal ambitions for the sake of party unity.
