At the World Championships for young show jumping horses in Lanaken, Belgium, the Westphalian stallion Django Z secured a silver medal, marking a significant achievement for German horse breeding.

They were surpassed only by the Irish pair Niamh McEvoy and the Zangersheide-bred Easy Peasy Indebus Z, who took the gold. The bronze medal went to the French-bred gelding Kelstar Derick, ridden by Emeric George.

In the six-year-old category, five German horses reached the final, with three qualifying for the jump-off. Additionally, the mare Nucri, ridden by Luca Ruxandariu, finished in eighth place.
