DJH acquires Surrey-based TWP in largest expansion to date

DJH, a fast-growing UK accountancy and professional services group, has completed its largest acquisition to date by joining forces with Surrey-based TWP. The deal adds £7m in annual revenues and significantly strengthens DJH’s presence in Southern England.

The acquisition includes 70 employees operating across four offices located in Cranleigh, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames, and Weybridge. This expansion complements DJH’s existing southern locations in Bexley, Maidstone, and Trowbridge.

TWP’s Managing Partner Paul Hawksley will continue to lead the team alongside partners Andrew Goddon and Phil Munk. To maintain client consistency, the offices and staff will remain unchanged. As part of the larger group, TWP clients will gain access to expanded specialist services, including corporate finance, R&D, commercial funding, and IT consultancy.
