DJI Agras T55 agricultural drone expands into Brazil and Greece

The DJI Agras T55 agricultural drone is being introduced to new markets, including Brazil and Greece, to enhance precision farming through advanced automation and high-capacity spraying and spreading capabilities.

In Brazil, the cooperative Coopercitrus has launched the T55 to provide its members in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Goiás with access to precision agriculture technology. The cooperative reported a 27% increase in drone sales between January and August 2026 compared to the previous year, with revenue exceeding R$ 43 million. The T55 is noted for its ability to operate in challenging terrains, such as mountainous regions.

In Greece, Agrotech is bringing the T55 to the local market, highlighting its efficiency in field applications. The drone features a 50-liter tank for spraying with a maximum flow rate of 40L/min, and an optional four-nozzle setup that increases flow to 50L/min. For spreading tasks, the DS80L system includes an 80-liter tank capable of carrying up to 55kg of seeds or fertilizer. The device offers high levels of automation, including the ability to map field boundaries and plan flight paths automatically.
