DJI expands its action‑camera lineup with the Osmo Action 5 Pro in Japan

DJI released the Osmo Action 5 Pro, a compact action camera aimed at everyday and outdoor use. The device records 4K video at up to 120 fps, features an OLED dual‑monitor for selfies, and offers waterproof performance. Battery life has been extended to roughly 240 minutes, and the camera now supports rapid startup and multiple‑shot photo modes. As part of Amazon’s Prime Day sale in Japan, the Osmo Action 5 Pro is being offered at a discount of about 13 % until 13 July.

In a separate review, the DJI Osmo Nano was compared with the Insta360 GO 3S from a motor‑bike rider’s perspective. Both ultra‑small cameras were evaluated for size, mounting options on helmets and bike frames, and suitability for casual touring footage, highlighting the advantage of tiny, lightweight devices for on‑the‑road video capture.
