DJI launches dual‑camera Osmo Pocket 4P in China

DJI officially unveiled the Osmo Pocket 4P in China, the first Pocket model equipped with two lenses. The camera combines a 1‑inch main sensor with a 20 mm f/2.0 lens and a 1/1.28‑inch 60 mm telephoto lens at f/1.8, delivering up to 17 stops of dynamic range via LOFIC technology. It records 4K video at up to 240 fps with the main sensor and 200 fps with the telephoto lens, supports D‑Log 2 10‑bit colour, and includes ActiveTrack 8 subject tracking.

Storage is 103 GB built‑in with microSD expansion, and connectivity features Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB‑C 3.1 Gen 2 with transfer speeds up to 1,200 MB/s. The battery provides up to 210 minutes of runtime and can be charged to 80 % in about 18 minutes with a 65 W charger. The model is priced at ¥3,799 in China (about R$2,860) with reservations open and a global rollout scheduled in the coming weeks. The launch occurs while DJI faces regulatory scrutiny in the United States, which may affect its availability in certain markets.
