DJI merchandise stolen after leaving AIFA airport

Grupo HB, the operator of DJI Store México, reported the theft of a shipment containing DJI drones, cameras, and accessories. The incident occurred on August 19, 2026, after the merchandise left the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).

The company stated that the legal process is currently underway. To prevent the stolen goods from being used, DJI Store México has blocked the serial numbers of the affected products, meaning they cannot be activated.

DJI Store México has urged the public and distributors not to purchase, sell, or commercialize these specific items to avoid the informal market. The company requested assistance from the community to help locate the merchandise or identify those attempting to sell it.
