DJI Neo 3 drone leaks reveal new design and features

Leaked images of retail packaging for the unannounced DJI Neo 3 drone suggest the product is nearing official release. The leaked carton identifies the device as the DJI Neo 3 and includes a Fly More Combo bundle featuring a DJI RC Mini remote.

Technical details inferred from the packaging and design leaks indicate several hardware upgrades over previous models. The Neo 3 appears to feature a new hub-and-spoke propeller guard system designed to be lighter than the solid ring guards used on the Neo 2. Additionally, the presence of new rear vents suggests improved cooling for upgraded internal hardware, while the packaging confirms the inclusion of obstacle avoidance sensors, a feature absent from the Neo and Neo 2 lines.

The leaked materials include regulatory information citing 2025 execution standards, suggesting production tooling and accessory kits are finalized, though official specifications remain embargoed.
