DKI Jakarta launches Call Center 1500813 for road emergencies

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and the Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) have launched Call Center 1500813, a 24-hour integrated service for transportation assistance and road emergencies. Launched by Governor Pramono Anung at Bundaran Hotel Indonesia, the service provides five main functions: free vehicle towing, emergency condition guidance, funeral vehicle escorting, reporting of traffic facilities and infrastructure, and roadside disaster handling.

The service is supported by 52 officers on 24/7 standby, with a maximum response time target of 15 minutes, depending on traffic and field conditions. To prevent service interruptions following a fire at the Technical Services Building on August 7, 2026, call center staff have been temporarily relocated to the Transportation Data and Information Center (Pusdatin Perhubungan) on MT Haryono.
