DL E&C proposes ‘e편한세상 Gwangmyeong Rivermark’ for Haan Jugong 9 reconstruction

DL E&C has submitted a bid proposal for the Haan Jugong 9 reconstruction project in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province. The company, which previously secured status as the preferred negotiator after participating alone in the bidding process led by Kyobo Asset Trust, has proposed the complex name ‘e편한세상 Gwangmyeong Rivermark’.

The reconstruction project involves a construction cost of approximately 930.9 billion won. The proposed development features 15 buildings with a maximum height of 45 floors above ground and four basement levels, totaling 2,218 households. The design focuses on maximizing views of the Anyangcheon Stream through specialized building placement and increased landscaping areas.

Proposed premium amenities include a sky lounge, sports courts, a sauna, a family cinema, and an educational community for residents' children. The plan also includes nine specialized penthouse units. A general meeting to select the construction company is scheduled for November 29.
