DLF sells 271 crore rupee penthouse in Gurugram

DLF Limited has recorded a significant real estate transaction in Gurugram with the sale of a luxury penthouse for 271 crore rupees. The property is part of ‘The Dahlias’, a 17-acre super-luxury housing project in DLF Phase 5 launched in October 2024.

The penthouse was purchased by entrepreneur Manav Sardana, who is associated with Imperial Auto. The unit features a super area of 17,200 square feet and a carpet area of 10,500 square feet. Based on the super area, the sale price reflects approximately 1.58 lakh rupees per square foot, while the price per square foot based on carpet area is roughly 2.6 lakh rupees.

DLF expects to generate over 40,000 crore rupees in revenue from The Dahlias project, which includes 420 apartments and penthouses. The company has already sold more than 65 percent of the units in this development. This transaction occurs amid a broader trend of increased demand for luxury housing in major Indian cities like Gurugram and Mumbai following the pandemic.
