DLG Law and AMAM Legal form South Korea-Italy legal partnership

DLG Law LLC has entered into a strategic partnership with the Italian boutique law firm AMAM Legal to strengthen cross-border legal services between South Korea and Italy.

Building on six months of joint case management and advisory work, the partnership aims to provide a seamless legal framework for companies entering either market. The collaboration is designed to reduce the burden on businesses by allowing lawyers from both firms to work as a single team from the initial stages of a transaction, rather than requiring companies to hire separate local firms and re-explain complex business structures.

The scope of cooperation includes cross-border investment, M&A, international contracts, commercial transactions, startup investments, intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and international disputes. Both firms are members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea, and the partnership was formalized in the presence of representatives from the Italian Trade Agency (ITA).
