dm organizes women's health conferences and retreats

The retailer dm has organized a series of women's health initiatives across the region, including a professional conference in Sarajevo and the ‘Back to Yourself’ retreat series in Serbia.

In Sarajevo, the fourth edition of the dm professional conference on women's health gathered nearly 600 participants. The program featured medical experts discussing various stages of women's lives, including menstrual and hormonal health, mental well-being, menopause, and the role of the microbiome. Experts included specialists in gynecology, internal medicine, endocrinology, psychiatry, and clinical pharmacy.

In Serbia, the ‘Back to Yourself’ concept held three weekend retreats at Kopaonik, Zlatibor, and Fruška Gora, attracting over 600 women. The series focused on different pillars of wellness: sleep and recovery, hormonal and mental health, and nutrition, hormones, and energy. The retreats utilized expert discussions and practical workshops to help participants understand their bodily needs and integrate self-care into daily life.
