Dénia industrial area establishes management entity for modernization

The Madrigueres industrial area in Dénia has officially established its Entidad de Gestión y Modernización (EGM) following a constituent assembly. The move follows 18 months of negotiations led by the Cercle Empresarial de la Marina Alta (CEDMA) and the Dénia City Council.

During the assembly, 57.05% of property owners, representing 61.89% of the area's cadastral value, voted in favor of the project. This result exceeds the double majority required by Valencian Law 14/2018. The entity aims to create a permanent coordination space between businesses and the local government to manage infrastructure improvements, security, mobility, and the maintenance of common areas.
