Dünya Holding announces capital increase to 250 million TL

Dünya Holding A.Ş. has announced a decision to increase its issued capital from approximately 36.7 million TL to 250 million TL. The total increase of 213,267,700.37 TL will be executed through a combination of bonus and rights issues.

Of the total increase, 188,267,700.37 TL will be a bonus issue funded by capital inflation adjustment differences. The remaining 25 million TL will be a rights issue, representing a 68.06% increase. For the rights issue, the exercise price is set at 1 TL per share with a 15-day usage period. Shareholders' preemptive rights will not be restricted.

Additionally, the company's registered capital ceiling has been raised from 150 million TL to 1.25 billion TL, following approval at an extraordinary general assembly meeting.
