Do Kyung-wan reveals surgery for acute osteomyelitis

Broadcaster Do Kyung-wan revealed on his YouTube channel, ‘Do Jang TV’, that he has been wearing artificial nails due to a previous surgery for acute osteomyelitis. He explained that the condition required him to have his fingernails removed to perform bone surgery, which resulted in a two-to-three-year hiatus from his professional activities.

Do shared that his interest in collecting wristwatches began as a way to distract from the appearance of his hands following the surgery. He noted that seeing a model wearing a watch inspired him to start the hobby to reduce personal stress regarding his hands. While showcasing his collection, he emphasized that he values the history and personal memories associated with each piece rather than just the monetary value, noting that some items are quite affordable while others were gifts from his wife, Jang Yoon-jeong.
