DO León Wine Fair Sets New Record with Over 20,000 Attendees

The 24th edition of the Feria del Vino of the Denominación de Origen León concluded in Valencia de Don Juan, attracting more than 20,000 visitors across three days – the highest attendance in its history. The fair featured fourteen participating wineries, including the standout Pardevalles, which won the top prize in the white wine category. Young visitors made up the majority of the crowd, prompting continuous wine replenishment by exhibitors. In addition to tastings, the event offered musical entertainment, a junior Master Chef competition, graffiti art on barrels, a beauty bar, and a glass‑customisation workshop. A solidarity booth operated by the Alcordanza association provided reduced‑price food and drinks to raise funds for families affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
