DO Rueda receives Special Prize of the Year at Guía Vinos Gourmets

The Denominación de Origen (DO) Rueda has been awarded the Special Prize of the Year at the 42nd edition of the Guía Vinos Gourmets 2027 awards. This recognition highlights the organization's promotional strategy and its status as an international benchmark for high-quality white wines.

The award, determined by reader votes, acknowledges DO Rueda's efforts to increase visibility both within Spain and abroad through diverse communication channels, including television, radio, and strategic sponsorships. The strategy focuses on building consumer awareness and training wine professionals.

Additionally, Bodega Diez Siglos, a group comprising 65 viticulturists from DO Rueda, was named Winery of the Year. The award recognizes the group's commitment to territory, quality, and the expression of origin.
