Doberman adopted after viral video shows distress in shelter

A Doberman named Rocky was adopted after a social media video captured his distress at an animal shelter. After being surrendered, Rocky spent his time in the kennel searching for his former family and ignoring toys.

A volunteer posted footage of the dog on Instagram, which reached a man in New Jersey. The man drove approximately 800 miles to Atlanta to adopt Rocky, arriving with essential supplies including a bed, collar, and leash to assist with the transition.
