Doboj Jug and Split announce new municipal housing initiatives

The Municipality of Doboj Jug has announced a public inspection period for an urban project draft concerning a collective housing residential building in Matuzići. The project, proposed by investor HG d.o.o., was adopted by the municipal council on August 18, 2026. The public review will run from August 26 to September 24, 2026, at the Doboj Jug Municipality building. A public discussion is scheduled for September 17, 2026, featuring a presentation by the project developer, RADIS DOO East Sarajevo.

In Split, the city has launched a public call for the allocation of municipal rental apartments intended for citizens with lower socioeconomic status. Applicants must be Croatian citizens with a residency in Split of at least ten continuous years or twenty years in total. Income limits apply: single applicants must not exceed an average monthly income of 1,014.30 euros, while multi-member households are limited to 507.15 euros per member. Selection will be based on criteria including length of residency, employment history, number of household members, and the presence of minor children.
