Doboj Jug announces construction of six new residential buildings

In the municipality of Doboj Jug, Bosnia and Herzegovina, plans have been announced for the construction of six new residential buildings. This investment follows significant economic growth in the nearby industrial center of Tešanj, which has seen employment rise by approximately 50 percent over the last 12 years.

The industrial expansion in the Tešanj and Usora regions has increased the demand for housing as workers and their families seek permanent residency in the area. Local officials, including Doboj Jug Mayor Mirnes Tukić, have noted that the economic development of the region is driving the need for both production facilities and residential spaces.
