DocMagic's David Garrett Wins Second HousingWire Insider Award

David Garrett, director of integration and technical services at DocMagic, has been named a 2026 HousingWire Insider, marking his second receipt of the honor after first being recognized in 2023. The award highlights his leadership in advancing interoperability across the mortgage ecosystem, where he oversees more than 75 active technology integrations and serves as vice‑chair of both the eMortgage and Origination Communities of Practice for MISMO. Pat Theodora, CEO and co‑founder of DocMagic, said Garrett “has earned the trust of customers and partners across the industry because he solves complex operational challenges.”
