Propstore has sold out of circular wall roundels from the Doctor Who TARDIS set following an auction on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The pieces were used in the console rooms for the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Doctors, portrayed by David Tennant and Ncuti Gatwa.
The sale follows the dismantling of the TARDIS set at the Bad Wolf production studio. The decommissioning of the set coincides with the show going out to tender for future production. While the current era has concluded, the BBC is seeking proposals for a new season, with a potential transmission target of 2028 or 2029.
Reports indicate several production companies are competing for the contract, including Hat Trick Mercurio and World Productions.
