The film features the experiences of four individuals facing different barriers to healthcare: a guardian of a child with severe disabilities, an elderly patient in a medically underserved area, a solo entrepreneur, and a working mother.

The documentary argues that medical accessibility should be redefined beyond physical distance to include time constraints, caregiving burdens, and employment stability. For example, a solo entrepreneur noted that remote prescriptions allowed them to maintain their livelihood during sudden pain, while a working mother highlighted the convenience of obtaining routine medications without leaving work.

These testimonials come amid discussions regarding upcoming South Korean medical law enforcement decrees. The government is considering various restrictions, such as limiting telemedicine to 30% of clinic visits or restricting services for certain chronic conditions. Industry representatives and patient advocates are calling for the legislation to consider the diverse situational needs of patients to ensure that telemedicine remains a flexible tool for improving public welfare.
