Dodge classic cars featured in sale and restoration stories

Classic Dodge vehicles are being highlighted through recent sales and restoration stories. In South Ozone Park, New York, a 1977 Dodge Aspen 4-door sedan is available for $7,300. This one-owner survivor features the Super Six 225 cubic inch Slant-Six engine, which was introduced to improve performance and idle smoothness during the emissions-heavy Malaise Era. The vehicle has 12,000 miles on the odometer and appears to be in good condition without the common rust issues associated with the model.

Separately, enthusiast Bill Wallace has completed a three-year restoration of his original 1973 Dodge Dart 340 Sport. After selling the vehicle new in 1973, Wallace tracked the car down in North Carolina in 2016 and repurchased it. The restoration process involved replacing rusty floors and professional sheet metal and paint work to return the compact performance car to its former state.
