Dodge Danko anime releases episode 11 preview and synopsis

Avex Pictures has released preview images and a synopsis for the 11th episode of the TV anime “Dodge Danko.” The episode, titled “Sweep Away the Darkness! The Legendary Shot!”, focuses on the climax of the Super Dodge tournament finals between the Kyukawa Dodgeball Club and the Black Armors.

The battle features four remaining players: Danko, Chinako, Ran, and Satsuki. As the rivalry between Danko and Ran reaches a turning point, the story explores the legacy of the “Flame Shot,” a legendary technique passed down through generations, and whether Danko has been taught the skill.

The anime is a sequel to the popular manga “Dodge Danpei” by Tetsuhiro Koshitate. It features a large voice cast, including Manaka Nakayama in her first starring role as the protagonist, Danko Ichigeki.
