Dodge introduces After Dark metallic blue for 2027 Durango

Dodge has introduced a new exterior color option, ‘After Dark’, for the 2027 Dodge Durango. The deep metallic blue paint is designed to shift in appearance based on lighting, appearing more pronounced in direct sunlight while maintaining a subdued, near-black look in shadows.

The new color option is available for an additional $595 and can be ordered for all HEMI-powered trims, including the GT, R/T, and the SRT Hellcat. It is also available for the Jailbreak model, which Dodge states now offers over 16 million possible configurations due to the expanded color palette.

With the addition of After Dark, the Durango’s total available color selection increases to nine shades. Dodge CEO Matt McAlear noted that the new option aims to provide customers with more ways to personalize their vehicles and stand out on the road.
