Dodge launches new electric and gasoline Charger models in Europe
Dodge has re‑introduced the Charger to the European market with a new generation offered in both fully electric and gasoline versions. The top‑end electric Scat Pack delivers 670 hp and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, while the R/T version makes 536 hp and reaches 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds. Both models feature all‑wheel drive, a 100.5 kWh battery and support 350 kW fast‑charging, allowing a 20‑80 % charge in about 27 minutes. A gasoline option also returns with a 3.0‑litre twin‑turbo V6, offering 550 hp (Scat Pack) or 420 hp (R/T).
The European price starts at €66,000, and the first deliveries are scheduled for September. Dodge has added performance‑focused features such as PowerShot for a temporary 40 hp boost, a Drift/Donut mode that can disable front‑wheel drive, and simulated engine sounds for a classic muscle‑car feel. The interior includes leather seats, heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats and ambient lighting with 64 colour options. After modest sales in the United States – only 7,421 units sold in 2025 and just 240 electric Chargers in Q1 – Stellantis is turning to Europe to revive interest.
