Dodge has unveiled a new factory customization color, Red Oxide, for the 2027 Dodge Charger. The announcement was made during the Woodward Dream Cruise in metropolitan Detroit.
According to Dodge CEO Matt McAlear, the color is intended to allow customers to express their personality through factory-direct personalization. Red Oxide is currently available on the Durango and will be available for 2027 Dodge Charger orders starting in September 2026 at a cost of $695.
The display at the Woodward Dream Cruise also featured several other concept and custom vehicles, including the Dodge Charger Super Bee, the Durango R/T 392 Smokescreen concept, and various models featuring Tinted Stripes graphic packages.
