Dogecoin shows bullish signals amid whale accumulation and ETF interest

Dogecoin (DOGE) is exhibiting signs of a potential bullish reversal as it consolidates near the $0.07 level. Technical indicators, including a breach of a descending trendline and bullish divergence in the Relative Strength Index (RSI), suggest that selling pressure may be weakening.

Significant whale activity has been observed, with large-scale investors accumulating approximately 680 million DOGE, valued at roughly $48 million. This accumulation is reportedly driven by expectations that the Federal Reserve may lower interest rates, potentially increasing liquidity for speculative assets.

Institutional interest in the cryptocurrency is also rising. Major asset managers Franklin Templeton and T. Rowe Price have recently filed or confirmed Dogecoin's inclusion in their respective crypto-related ETFs. Additionally, ETF-related inflows have reportedly exceeded $12 million, providing a potential floor for the asset's price despite it remaining significantly below its all-time high.
