Doñihue housing project reaches 70% completion

The Nueva Aventura housing project in Doñihue has surpassed 70% completion. The development will provide 156 industrialized homes to local families, utilizing an innovative construction system designed for speed and efficiency.

The project features high thermal standards and includes underground electrical and telecommunications networks. Developed by Constructora CBL Spa with industrialized manufacturing by Promet (part of the Cintac group), the housing has already demonstrated resilience against recent weather conditions.

Regional authorities, including the Seremi of Housing and Urbanism and the director of Serviu O’Higgins, noted that this construction modality allows for faster execution and superior acoustic and thermal finishes. Current efforts are focused on completing urbanization works.
