Dolce & Gabbana to build ultra-luxury tower in Buenos Aires

Dolce & Gabbana is set to expand its presence in Argentina with the construction of Dolce & Gabbana Residences Buenos Aires, an ultra-luxury residential project in the Puerto Madero district. The development, located in Dique 4, involves an estimated investment of US$ 160 million.

The project features a 150-meter-tall skyscraper on a 2,800 m² site. It will offer a variety of living spaces, including apartments ranging from 160 to 280 m², semi-floors of 400 m², and penthouses reaching up to 890 m². The building will also include over 6,500 m² of amenities.

Construction will be managed by IEB Construcciones, with Nizuc Developments serving as the project developer. The aesthetic concept will involve direct participation from designer Domenico Dolce. Commercial launch is scheduled for January 2027.
