Jennifer Lopez drew significant attention at the Vogue World: Milano event held during Milan Fashion Week. The singer and actress appeared in a Dolce & Gabbana ensemble featuring a rare 74.459-carat Paraiba tourmaline necklace from the Alta Gioielleria collection. The white gold and diamond piece, which includes a blue-green stone, was previously worn by Lady Kitty Spencer.

During the event, Lopez participated in a spontaneous dance performance in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Her look included a black tulle dress, opera gloves, and diamond accessories. The Vogue World event, which focused on Italian craftsmanship and technology, also featured appearances by celebrities such as Pamela Anderson, Dakota Johnson, and Heidi Klum, with performances by Cardi B and Alicia Keys. Proceeds from the event were designated to support a library in Milan's Quarto Oggiaro district.
