Dolforgan Hall to be auctioned in Mid Wales

Dolforgan Hall, a Grade II* listed country house located on the outskirts of Kerry near Newtown in Mid Wales, is scheduled to go to auction this Friday at 2pm in Shrewsbury. The property carries a guide price of £150,000.

The historic mansion, which features elements dating back to the 17th century and much of its current Georgian and Regency-style structure built between 1790 and 1800, has been converted into six apartments. Spanning approximately 14,599 square feet, the estate includes a grand columned entrance portico, symmetrical facades, formal gardens, and landscaped woods.

Despite its architectural significance, the property is currently uninhabitable and requires complete renovation and refurbishment. The auction is being handled jointly by agents Halls and Morris Marshall & Poole.
