Dolj County Teacher Promotion Rate Rises to 82.6% After Re‑evaluation

The definitive teacher promotion exam in Dolj County recorded a promotion rate of 82.6%, up from the initial 79.5% after re‑evaluation of contested papers. A total of 32 appeals were processed; grades of 19 candidates were increased while 13 were decreased.

After the re‑evaluation, 161 candidates earned averages between 8.00 and 10.00, qualifying them for definitive status in pre‑university education. Among them, 62 candidates received averages of 9.00‑9.99, 99 received 8.00‑8.99, and 34 received below 7.99, reflecting the adjustments made during the review.

Achieving definitive status grants teachers the right to practice in pre‑university schools and opens a pathway for professional advancement.
