Dollar General sees increased investment from Janus Henderson Group

Janus Henderson Group PLC increased its stake in Dollar General Corporation by 70.3% during the first quarter. According to Securities and Exchange Commission disclosures, the firm purchased an additional 10,455 shares, bringing its total holdings to 25,320 shares valued at approximately $3,006,000 at the end of the reporting period.

Other institutional investors also adjusted their positions in Dollar General. Parkside Financial Bank & Trust, BOKF NA, Strata Wealth Advisors LLC, Optimize Financial Inc, and Annis Gardner Whiting Capital Advisors LLC all reported increases in their respective holdings during the fourth quarter. Currently, institutional investors and hedge funds own 91.77% of Dollar General stock.
