Country music icon Dolly Parton has passed away in Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 80. Her death was announced following a hospitalization four days prior on August 25, 2026.

Parton leaves behind a massive musical and philanthropic legacy, including over 3,000 songs and more than 65 albums.
