Dolly Parton's estate valued at 450 million euros
Following the death of country music legend Dolly Parton at age 80, questions have arisen regarding the distribution of her estimated 450 million euro fortune. Parton and her late husband, Carl Dean, had no children.
Her assets include a music catalog valued by Forbes at approximately 120 million euros, as well as ownership stakes in the Dollywood theme park and the DreamMore Resort in Tennessee. Potential heirs may include her 19 nieces and nephews, though it remains unclear if significant portions of her wealth will be bequeathed to charitable organizations, a cause Parton supported throughout her life.
In a 2020 interview with Billboard, Parton expressed her desire to organize her estate early to prevent family disputes, advising other artists to do the same.
