Dolph Lundgren shares personal stories in new memoir

In his new memoir, ‘Fights Worth Fighting’, actor Dolph Lundgren shares personal insights into his private life and professional relationships.

Lundgren details how he met his wife, Emma Krokdal, in West Hollywood in 2019. At the time, Lundgren was 61 and Krokdal was 22. He notes that Krokdal, who was working as a personal trainer, was unaware of his celebrity status. He describes her as a ‘very strong and special person’ and notes that her life experiences made her appear mature despite the age gap.

The book also explores Lundgren’s long-standing relationship with Sylvester Stallone. Reflecting on their time filming ‘Rocky IV’, Lundgren describes the ups and downs of their friendship, including strict training protocols and professional disagreements. He notes that while they faced periods of tension, their professional bond was eventually rekindled when Stallone invited him to appear in ‘The Expendables’ in 2009.
