Domenico Giannetta reports 11% vote share in Reggio Calabria by-election

Domenico Giannetta, representing the Futuro Nazionale party, has analyzed the results of the by-election for the Chamber of Deputies in the Reggio Calabria U05 constituency. Giannetta reported securing 11% of the vote, totaling 8,226 votes, which exceeded the party's initial target of 7%.

Giannetta noted that while the winner, Roscioli, secured victory with 51%, the Futuro Nazionale performance showed significant growth in specific areas. He highlighted that preferences in Reggio Calabria city doubled, even as the center-right coalition saw a 19% decrease in consensus there. Additionally, the party reached 14.66% in several large municipalities within the province.

Despite low voter turnout and a challenging electoral context, Giannetta characterized the result as a strong endorsement of the candidate and the party, stating that the movement's influence in the region is growing.
