During her debut performance at Rock in Rio, singer Marina Sena sparked intense social media debate after tearing apart a cloth doll during the song ‘Ouro de Tolo’. While many fans interpreted the act as a personal message to her former partner, influencer Juliano Floss, Sena denied these claims. She stated the performance was a symbolic critique of the ‘viscera of the patriarchy’ rather than a provocation toward her ex-boyfriend.

Following the performance, Floss posted an image of the character Emília—a famous cloth doll—on Instagram, which many users viewed as an enigmatic response to Sena’s stage antics. The couple had officially ended their two-year relationship in August.

Sena’s set also featured a collaboration with Venezuelan musician Luís Lozano, leader of the group Çantamarta, performing the song ‘Doçura’. The appearance of Lozano fueled further online speculation regarding the reasons for her recent breakup, though these rumors remain unconfirmed.
