Dominic West and Sienna Miller star in new legal drama ‘War’
The new Sky Original series ‘War’, created by George Kay, has premiered on Sky, WOW, and RTL+. The eight-part legal thriller stars Dominic West and Sienna Miller as a high-profile couple, Morgan Henderson and Carla Duval, whose separation escalates into a massive divorce battle within London’s high society.
The series depicts a ruthless conflict between two elite London law firms: the long-established Cathcarts & Sons and the younger Taylor & Byrne. The plot follows the intense legal warfare triggered by a scandalous selfie, exploring themes of ambition, betrayal, and the loss of civility in high-stakes litigation.
In interviews regarding the production, Dominic West discussed the psychological aspects of the show, noting that many conflicts arise when individuals feel unheard. He observed that in wealthy circles, legal battles often escalate into ‘war’ due to the involvement of significant financial resources and aggressive legal tactics.
