Dominican Republic Real Estate and Tourism Sectors Forge New Alliances

Nice Dominicana, together with the Provincial Committee of Puerto Plata residents in the United States (Copropusa), promoted a partnership linking the tourism and real‑estate market of Puerto Plata with New York’s bodegueros. At a meeting with United Bodegas of America members, Leonardo Medrano, president of Nice Dominicana, called for mutual support, easier access for U.S. residents, and promotion of provincial projects in bodegueros’ venues. Copropusa president Jesús Burgos and UBA leader Radhamés Rodríguez praised the opportunity to strengthen ties between the two sectors.

Separately, the CEO Inmobiliario RD community marked its second anniversary with a gala dinner that honored industry leaders Bienvenido Paulino and Wester Hernández. Founder Marisol Shanlatte highlighted the group’s role in fostering collaboration, training, and networking, and announced plans to expand the initiative internationally.
