Incabide to auction over 200 seized assets in Dominican Republic

The National Institute for the Custody and Administration of Seized, Confiscated, and Forfeited Assets (Incabide) has opened registration for its second public auction of 2026. The auction will feature more than 200 movable and immovable assets distributed across five regions of the Dominican Republic, including Gran Santo Domingo, the National District, and the North, South, and East regions.

High-value items include a Falcon 50 jet linked to the ‘Air Cocaine’ case, a Lamborghini Gallardo, a luxury yacht valued at RD$39.5 million, and various luxury watches and vehicles. The Falcon 50, which was the subject of a Netflix miniseries following a 2013 cocaine seizure at Punta Cana airport, has a starting price of approximately RD$80.9 million after failing to find a buyer in a previous auction.

Interested participants must register by November 13, paying a non-refundable fee of RD$5,000. The auction is scheduled for November 25 at the Higher Police Institute of Education (IPES), with movable goods auctioned in the morning and real estate in the afternoon. The process will utilize an interconnected system with the Central Electoral Board, the Comptroller General, and the Tax Administration to validate participant documentation.
