Dominican TV talent show PGT honors fathers in emotional Father's Day gala

The seventh edition of the reality series "Pequeños Grandes Talentos" (PGT) marked a poignant Father's Day special in the Dominican Republic. Under the theme "Un Superhéroe Llamado Papá," the program featured music, surprises and moving family stories, highlighting the role of fathers in children's lives.

Guest judge entertainment journalist Joseph Cáceres joined performers Silvio Mora, international soprano Stephany Ortega, and Pavel Núñez. Children created an urban tribute song for dads, and a surprise homage was paid to producer and creator Iván Ruiz. The finale saw Clara Mancebo and her brother Ernesto perform an emotive song honoring their late father, underscoring the show's deep personal connections.
