Dominika Gottová seeks financial aid for mother's funeral

Dominika Gottová, the eldest daughter of the late Karel Gott, is facing financial difficulties following the death of her mother, Antonie Zacpalová, who passed away at age 91.

Gottová, who currently resides in Finland, stated that she lacks the necessary funds to travel to the Czech Republic to manage her mother's belongings and arrange for a funeral. She cited ongoing health issues affecting both her and her husband, Timo Tolkki, as contributing factors to their current financial instability.

Due to these circumstances, the couple has reached out to Ivana Gottová, the widow of Karel Gott, for assistance. This request comes despite a strained relationship between Dominika and Ivana, with reports indicating they have had little to no contact since 2019. It remains unclear whether Ivana Gottová will provide the requested financial support.
