Dominique Alagia, the Miss Grand Czech Republic 2026 titleholder, will be unable to compete in the Miss Grand International 2026 pageant in Thailand due to a serious injury.

Alagia shared via social media that a sudden incident on a Sunday evening resulted in a severe leg injury requiring medical examinations and X-rays. Despite her hopes to represent the Czech Republic and pursue the first European crown for the organization, medical results confirmed she is unable to travel for the competition.

The Miss Czech Republic organization issued an official statement expressing regret over her withdrawal, noting the immense time, energy, and professionalism she dedicated to her preparations.
