Don Bosco residents protest wave of vehicle thefts

Residents of the Don Bosco and San Juan neighborhoods in Misiones and Belgrano have organized protests to demand action against a surge in local crime.

Between Thursday and Friday, a series of vehicle thefts occurred in the area. In one incident, armed criminals threatened a driver at gunpoint, stealing his car before crashing into a parked pickup truck during their escape. A separate incident involved six individuals ambushing a couple to steal their vehicle and personal belongings. Neighbors have expressed exhaustion regarding the ongoing insecurity in the region.
