Don Carlos Marbella launches new Mediterranean gastronomy concept for summer season

The luxury hotel Don Carlos Marbella in Spain has opened its summer season with an expanded culinary programme. The flagship restaurant Los Naranjos updates its menu to highlight seasonal Andalusian and Mediterranean products, while two new venues are added: Algrano, an Italian bistro, and Oasis Kitchen, a wellness‑focused space offering fresh, healthy dishes. Existing outlets such as Sol & Sombra, Break Point, Lucía Marbella, Nikki Beach and Manero continue to provide a range of options from outdoor breakfasts and poolside lunches to author‑crafted cocktails and live music, all under the hotel’s Mediterranean‑style hospitality brand.

The new concepts aim to integrate local ingredients, healthy eating and Italian flavours into a cohesive gastronomic experience for guests throughout the day.
