Don Felder rehearses 'Hotel California' solo before each performance
Don Felder, the Eagles' guitarist who co‑wrote the 1976 hit "Hotel California," says he practices the song’s iconic solo before every show to ensure it matches the original recording. He explains that fans expect the exact notes and that improvising could disappoint them.
